Hi. My name is shane and I figured I better hit the introductions board before posting elsewhere.
I am 31. I weight approx. 150lbs / 70kg. I have been vegan for 12 yrs. I have been seriously lifting for almost 3 yrs.
Hopefully I have a lot to share and a lot I can learn on here.

I forgot to note above that I am 5'7'' (I guess that is applicable since I listed my weight).
