Mustey Posted December 9, 2012 Share Posted December 9, 2012 Hello All, 25 years old now. 7 years ago, I was fat and could barely do one push-up. Since then, I've been hitting the gym and trying to get my diet straight. Got into normal shape and size but nothing special. Gonna give Veganism a try. I am not looking for the extreme BB results, just want to lose another 16 pounds and gain 6-8 pounds of useful muscle, no rush either. I have many concerns and questions but I have decided to give veganism a good shot (two months). Any advice will be appreciated! Thanks. Tod.
