Hi all! I'm Harry and I am new to the forum! I am also new to body building. I was hoping to gain more mass before muscle and I do hope you can help me out here. Cheers guys!

Hi Harry, welcome to the forum and what is a pretty cool little community :)

Have a read through some of the threads on here, there's people at all different levels of strength and fitness. The training journals are a great source of motivation & information and there's a lot of active posters in them, so it's always a good place to start. Look forward to seeing how you get on with things, don't be afraid to ask if there's anything you need or aren't sure of MF.

Hi Harry, welcome to the community. Here's a tip, post questions to peoples threads that update them regularly, the journals section is great for that. You might consider starting your own training journal as well.

If you want it you got it, we are not exclusive here. The more people here to spread their knowledge, ask questions, and share experiences the better.
