Another Texan! Howdy!!! I love getting protein from dark leafy greens like kale and swiss chard. Also love tofu and nuts and seeds. I like to eat the majority of my protein several hours before the workout, then a banana right before, and eat fresh veggies and fruits after and sometimes soup if I am craving it. I like to make sure the muscle-building fuel is in my body well ahead of the burn. I'm just beginning my body building path but have been veg 10 years.

Sounds like you came to the right place. Try asking questions directly to members. Maybe look at the training journal section, find active users that are female and bodybuilders and seem serious about it and message them or post questions to their threads. That may be your best bet for getting your specific questions answered from someone with correlating experience.
