Hi, I'm Daniel and I'm new to the forum, and new to living healthy. I'm not a vegan, and I'm not fully vegetarian. I just like eating meat some times. I am making drastic cuts to eat more like a vegetarian, and I feel great. I see the benefits. I know this isn't "Notquiteavegetarianbodybuilding.com" but this seems to be the place to get most of my questions answered. So I hope I'm still welcome here.
I'm from hollywood CA, 6 1/2 Army veteran, film industry working man. My plan is to turn my life into a healthy one. No more processed garbage, more fruits and veggies, and way less meat. In turn, I expect to lose weight and tone up. I'm turning into a gym junkie. 5 days a week, green drinks in the morning, and some times for dinner also.
I have only one questions right now. Since I started eating clean last month, I have so much more energy, and I'm barely sore after a lifting session. I'm working to failure on every set (like the 12 week program that I'm on say to), and I'm only slightly sore. I also leave the gym with energy. I can't seem to burn out with out spending hours in the gym. Is this normal?
