Hi. I first found this site checking out all the amazing athletes' pictures and information. I find it inspiring to see so many fit people around. I became vegan in the spring of 2012 and haven't looked back. I eat a generally plant based diet with beans, rice, potatoes, and oats as staple foods. I seek to put on some mass and increase my endurance. I completed my first sprint triathlon in 2010 and would eventually like to do another one. I inconsistently lift, but I am more regular with bodyweight exercises. I hope to add some numbers to the push up thread.
