My 2 cents, I wouldn't focus so much on losing a specific weight. If you want to build muscles you lift weights regularly and steadily increase them. If you want to shed fat do cardio regularly. If you are eating a vegan diet composed of real whole foods and not a bunch of crap that comes frozen in a box you're on the right track. The best advice is look at the training journals and see those that are having success, which seems to be the majority of people who stick to their training. Many people list there workouts and their diets there.
