Hello from England

#1 Postby lucyjane » Fri Feb 22, 2013 3:08 pm

I'm Lucy.

I've been vegan coming up for 5 years, and I'm 22.
Qualified as a Personal Trainer, but not working as I'm now at university.

Used to run, then did nothing ... now I lift, for good.

I love pushing my body past what I think it can do and seeing what it really can achieve.

Powerlifting, bodybuilding, & extreme events are what I'm aiming for.

Doing Tough Mudder in September, though I have a hard 6 months prep as I am nowhere near fit enough at the moment (12 mile run with incredible obstacles).

Hello :)

Hi Lucy, welcome to the community here. Tough Mudder sounds awesome, do you have a link to their website?
