Hello friends.
I must say that i am really impressed by this site. The guys here are motivated so well.you know what motivated me to join this forum?
Well i joined bodybuilding.com first where i posted my vegan diet and workout log, nobody seemed to help me out rather criticizing me for being a vegan..I eat milk processed food except for eggs
Hope to have a good experience here
Regards :D

Hi and welcome to the community here. What do you mean by you eat milk processed foods except for eggs? Just curious, it sounds like it was written kind of funny.

I've seen enough bodybuilding.com posts to know that it isn't the forum for me either. Welcome!
