JmJ808
I'm JM. Been a vegetarian for going on 18 years. I am looking into eating for muscle now though. I'm trying to find a good scaffold to building my own fitness diet plan and would love some input on where to find books and articles that will give me the instructions that I need to build an appropriate plan.I'm not into supplements much and I'm not looking to be a body builder I just want to get back to my preferred fitness level and get more lean with it. I recently graduated from a master's program and have a few weeks off prior to starting a new job. I want to use this off time wisely to put together a new health plan. I have my gym workouts set and want to also add some hiit workouts with them. I plan to train for a half marathon that is in OCtober as well as the spartan race the weekend after my half marathon. So any help that points me in the right direction will be appreciated!!
C.O.
Hey JM, welcome to the group here. Sounds like you have some really good goals and motivation. I always suggest checking out the training journals, some people keep very detailed meal plans. That's a great place to pull ideas from. -Dylan
