hello from Vancouver BC

Ive been training hard since last November. Ive been 100% Vegan for 5 months. Oh, Im 52. Ive been re-inventing myself after 30 years of running that include 3 marathons. During my distance running I was under 160 lbs and looked un-healthy, very thin legs and forearms. Currently Im 196 lbs with roughly 13%BF. I have made good progress and have some goals to increase my size, while controlling body fat, the usual stuff, thats me and Im frisky

Awesome Frisky, welcome to the group here! Sounds like quite the transformation. I've seen lots of people make the transition from running to bodybuilding and also the other way around from bodybuilding to running. Sounds like you are going about it the right way and having some great success.
