I've been vegan for three years, vegetarian for 20 years before that. I lost about 50 lbs within the first nine months of going vegan and have kept the weight off without much effort but I had to quit the gym almost a year ago and feel like I've lost most of the muscle I had built while working with a trainer. I'm hoping to find some tips for working out at home and lifting safely. My goal is to be fit and strong, build muscle, and maybe end up with Linda Hamilton's Terminator 2 shoulders.
Use the search button here in the forums (upper right hand corner) select the subject title, use key works like workout from home or at home and choose the forum categories like muscle building and strength training or general fitness. You should be able to find quite a lot of threads on the topic of working out at home. If you get stuck try messaging mini forklift, I think he may have posted some at home workouts, I know Robert Cheeke has as well as some videos.
