hey guys

I'm new here and made the switch to a primarily plant based diet. i'd say im 95% right now and just taking my time to convert... I made the switch about 3 weeks ago with each day less and less animal products..... about 4 days ago i decided i wanted to compete in physique class and i have an idea how to recomp my body with animal protein but clueless without, that's why im here...

Nice I'm sure you'll find all kinds of good info here. I would also recommend reading books from Brendan Brazier and Robert Cheeke, some very applicable and beneficial info in their books.
