90 Day Vegan

Hello everyone!!!
Just wanted to say Hi!!!
I'm new to the group, although some of you may know me on facebook as Jimmy Tally.
Well today is October the 28th 2013 and I'm happy to report that I've been Vegan for 3 months now...WooHooooo!! =)
It's really not that difficult since I generally follow a typical bodybuilder diet. I dropped the chicken,beef,and fish and replaced it with beans,quinoa,seitan and some tofu on rare occasions...really dont care too much for tofu though. =(
The hardest part is finding food when your on the go, especially when so many fast food restaurants are at your disposal. So I got to thinking, and decided the produce section in the grocery store, in any town in the nation would be my fast food stop!!!
I generally plan ahead with my meal prep etc. and always have, so that i dont get caught off guard when i'm hungry. I own a Vitamix blender as well and that by far is the best money Ive ever spent hands down.
I went vegan for a number of reasons, ethical being the main one as well as my overall health in general. You see I really didnt consume very many animal products throughout the day except for my main meal, so it was an easy transition for me since I've always eaten clean for the most part.

Hey Jimmy, congrats on your 90 days and welcome! I think I've seen you post on other people's comments on FB before actually.
