Newbie needing some directions

Hello,

 

I'm a 46 year old male, I've been into weight training for over 20 yeaars, and have frequently come close to achieving my physique goals of gaining size and getting lean.

 

For ethical and health reasons, I have decided to go vegan in two stages, lacto ovo vegetarian in the short term then full vegan.

 

I am super carb sensitive, at least when consuming with a non vegan diet. This means I've kept to a low carb diet 6 days a week with one day to refuel on carbs. I've followed this for a long time.

 

Please can anyone point me to the right resources on here where I can find out how to keep my vegan diet low carb and still get what I need? I'm totally converted mentally and just want to approach this new start in the most optimal way.
