Yoyoo whatss poppinnn people
I am 22 and vegan for about 3 months now, before that i was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for many, many years. My mother likes the macrobiotic kitchen so iam used to the foods
. I tried the vegan diet/lifestyle just because i found it a challenge to eat like a vegan and still be successvul in sports. I like gymnastics, bodybuilding and swimming.
On the vegetarian diet i was often low carb, high protein, high in fat. On the vegan iam on high carb, moderate proteins and moderate/low fat. All is going well so far
Well, maybe i will find some interesting tips or motivating/helpfull people around here.
