Yoyoo whatss poppinnn people :boxer:

I am 22 and vegan for about 3 months now, before that i was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for many, many years. My mother likes the macrobiotic kitchen so iam used to the foods :tongue8:. I tried the vegan diet/lifestyle just because i found it a challenge to eat like a vegan and still be successvul in sports. I like gymnastics, bodybuilding and swimming.

On the vegetarian diet i was often low carb, high protein, high in fat. On the vegan iam on high carb, moderate proteins and moderate/low fat. All is going well so far :bounce:.

Well, maybe i will find some interesting tips or motivating/helpfull people around here.
I will post some pictures soon.

:boxer: Au revoir :boxer:

Welcome to The Den CB, you look great in your avi. Good to have you on here, I am sure you will feel at home very quickly ~ please feel free to start up a journal so we can follow your training and progress. What kind of distances do you do with the swimming, have you ever competed?

Look forward to seeing you around the board posting more MF.
