Super excited to say hello!
Been a Vegan for about two years now, and am just starting on the strength training adventure! I used to run a lot, but had a major foot injury that set me down for a year. Just now getting back to where I can do weight bearing exercises. I'd worked with a trainer prior to my injury, so it's interesting getting back into this with my new limitations. I'm hoping to find someone to be my fitness buddy , either in person or online! It helps me to stay focused/motivated when I have someone to share my goals with and just share progress with!
In Florida for the moment but moving to Portland, Oregon next year, and really looking forward to finding more local Vegan athletes!
