New to the site

Hello everyone!
I'm Daniel, I'm 27 years old. I'm new to being a vegan. I was vegetarian for about 3 years and then went back to eating meat again about 6 years ago. I've got a new outlook on life and wanted to be healthier. So I'm going back to a plant based diet. When I was around 20 years I went vegetarian for those 3 years and lost about 100lbs. Going from 280 to around 180. Started eating meat again and started weight lifting.. gained so weight to around 200lbs. After going through a divorce I wanted a better outlook and a healthier life. So I'm going Vegan. I've kept with it for about a week or more now. Got to say I feel great. And looking to keep my body going.

What do you think made you go back to meat before and what is your motivation this time around to stick with it?
