Hi Everyone!

I have been a Vegan nearly 7 months now and I am really feeling good :)

I am currently doing a program call Freeletics, if you have not heard of it check it out its great. Its basicly a bit like crossfit but with body weight only. I am using it to begin my journey of wanting to get strong for Calesthenics.

I am currently not taking any workout supps or pre workout and so on....Would you recommend taking supps? I have never been a big one for taking them, but now I am Vegan do you think it is essential?

Hey Tom, welcome to the group here. Do you have any links to info on freeletics? Where do you do it?

The cool thing about Freeletics is you can do it anywhere! I either tend to do it at home and occasionally at the gym. It is massive in Germany and they have groups over there that do it in park and stuff.
