I have been a Vegan nearly 7 months now and I am really feeling good
I am currently doing a program call Freeletics, if you have not heard of it check it out its great. Its basicly a bit like crossfit but with body weight only. I am using it to begin my journey of wanting to get strong for Calesthenics.
I am currently not taking any workout supps or pre workout and so on....Would you recommend taking supps? I have never been a big one for taking them, but now I am Vegan do you think it is essential?
