Hi!
Vegan for several years, athlete my whole life, new to bodybuilding.

Happy this resource is here! I love sports nutrition and learning. :D

Over forty, looking to be accountable as I transform, lose fat, gain muscle, and have fun doing it!

Welcome! For accountability how about keeping a training journal with us in that section of the forums here? Some people keep track of workouts, some diet, some both.

I am using another site to log workouts, I use cronometer to log my food/ nutrient profile.
