Waterfiend Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 Hello all! I've been vegetarian for several years now, and recently made the jump to being vegan (yay)! Also starting to take health and fitness more seriously. Though I don't intend to be a body builder, I do have a goal of increasing my overall muscle mass by 10% by January, and decreasing my body fat % to 15 (which I think is about normal for my age, 31) in the long term.
