Hey y'all Jim here. Heavy since childhood I was in amazing shape as a Marine which VERY quickly reverted after my discharge (bad eating mostly) having went vegan 6mo ago I've lost almost 45lbs and am looking to continue both weight loss and building muscle by incorporating weight training into my normal cardio heavy routine. If anyone could suggest a beginners Bodybuilding primer air would greatly appreciate it!
