I'm actually a swimmer who does calisthenics for additional strength
and hope I can get useful tips on here how to do efficient training.
At the moment I'm not 100% vegan but about 95% so I'm also hoping to learn more about the right nutrition
and maybe supplements to get all the nutrients needed. My diet at the moment is HCLF.
In 2014 I took a whole year off from any form of exercise and put on about 25 pounds. I lost all the weight since June 3rd
when I started writing down my weekly process. I had mostly raw fruits, whole grains, seeds and nuts or breakfast and lunch
and a cooked meals with veggies, whole grains and legumes and I tried to avoid adding any additional fat.
I added rice protein to the mix.
Now I'm at this point where I need to add more muscle/lose a bit more body fat and could use help from people who know their stuff.
