Hello everyone! So I'm pretty new to being vegan. I started last week after watching a documentary called cowspiracy. It wasn't what made me finally give it a try but it definitely pushed me further in this direction. I have been in the lifting game for a few years now and with my old diet and philosophy that the normal powerlifter has I have put on a good deal of fat with muscle. I decided to finally jump on board and give the vegan lifestyle a go, not only for health reasons but to help the environment. I will definitely be trying to become a regular on the boards so I can learn as much from you fine folks as I can.
