Hey, it´s Chris (25) from Germany! Two years ago I went vegan for moral and ethic reasons. Years before I have been veggie already.

My dream is (who could have guessed LOL ) to be at a newcomer competition in natural BB middle/end of 2017! In a couple of weeks I start with split-training after a full-body-training

I hope to meet some other vegan ppl and learn a lot!

Cheers!

Going meat-free on a vegetarian diet plan may be difficult and requires commitment, but it is possible to make a slow and steady transformation by replacing animal proteins like chicken, beef, and fish with vegetarian alternatives like tofu, tempeh, beans, and lentils. I have visited https://www.dissertation-service.org/ site to learn something new about my dissertations as the key to success is to start small. For instance, if you currently eat chicken or fish three days per week, try replacing those meals with lentils or beans just one day per week.

Good initiative I see most people post here and get their marketing done in very minimum price. Can you please have this website https://www.helpwithdissertation.co.uk/write-my-dissertation-proposal/ promoted as well. I have been meaning to make it reach as much people as possible since their services are commendable and top-notch for the students in need

In my opinion, the natural BB competition is a very good thing. It is a great way to get people involved in bodybuilding and fitness. The competition itself is not difficult at all. I have asked https://papers-board.net/ to write a detailed article on bodybuilding. I feel like there are some misconceptions about it. A lot of people think that you can't compete as long as your body isn't perfect. But that's not true at all. You can just start with a smaller goal and then work your way up from there.
