Hi Everybody,
I am from Chicago area but originally from Europe, I am MALE, 34 years old.
I am vegan for about 2 month now and I am loving it. I work out for about 1.5 years now. But only recently I was able to start running as well. I am 5'8" and 160 lb. My biggest concern right now is my body fat.... I've probably lost a lot of it but those last pounds are ever so stubborn... I want to see my six-pack!! So yeah it's me and nice to meet you all!

P.S. I'll be asking some stupid questions but I am new to healthy living.

Welcome Alex!
5'8'' and 160 lbs does not sound like much bodyfat! You should first put some more muscles on and then think about fat again!
