Hello from Me

#1 Postby Tigress » Sun Aug 06, 2006 6:31 am

Hi
I'm Carmen, a lifetime vegetarian and vegan for about 6 months now - not sure why it took me so long to convert, but I'm here now:)
I joined this forum primarily for some training tips. I am generally fit, work out etc, but would like to build some more muscle and generally learn more about the bodybuilding side of life the vegan way !

Look forward to chatting with along the way

Carmen

Welcome to the group! I hope you enjoy this board as well. I've been fortunate to be able to meet a lot of these people in person and it's really cool!

Now I can travel nearly anywhere and have friends to visit or stay with. I love networking and this is a great place for that as well.

Nice to have you on board and enjoy the group!
