I am a 46-years-old male, from the DFW area in Texas. I was doing the paleo diet for about 7 years, until this past January. I switched over to plant based diet. I found my workouts and muscle gains suffered. I am trying to add in some pea protein and more food to hopefully see gains again, but minimize fat gains.
