Hi everyone! I'm newbie here . I've just chosen vegan recently due to my health problem in the past. I used to spend extensive time sitting and working before computer, combining with my lack of exercising eventually causes my body to be weaker. And so I thought it's time to change my daily life activity, I'm still noob in this matter so I hope to learn more from you guys.
