I am trying to learn a vegan WOE. I have had spectacular success doing the opposite, mainly on the backs of some long fasts but interspersed with a very ketogenic (meat centric) diet.
I am getting to a phase of my life where I will need to break that for a bit atleast.
Learning about how I could do that. Essentially want to eat fruits and raw veggies and get to a better state of mind/body. I am 165-168 lb, 5' 9" 50 yr male. I'd be happy to stay there a few months while life takes it course.
