Guehwyvar Posted May 24, 2018 Share Posted May 24, 2018 Hello, I have been doing weight training for 6 weeks, "down 18 lbs and 6 inches" I am a total noob, and am looking to go totally vegan. I am currently vegetarian. The only two animal products I eat are egg white and Greek yogurt. Any advice on suitable replacements for those two things that have the same protein and calories? Arlo Kub Posted January 6, 2022 Share Posted January 6, 2022 I started the weight training program 6 weeks ago. I work out 2 times a week and have been gaining 2 pounds of muscle. Being able to lift longer and heavier has made me realize that doing the exercises on a regular basis is what keeps muscles growing. It continues to amaze me how much stronger I become even though my original goal was not to gain that much muscle.
