hey everyone!
my name's mila and i've experimented quiet a lot with nutrition lately (continuing my battle with the infamous ED), recently focusing on veganism (i find that pure, wholesome foods support my body and spirit best during recovery whenever i can summon the courage to nurture myself). thanks for an amazing site and tons of advise! i am also attempting to enjoy exercise for its originally intended rewards (i.e. health benefits, NOT calories burned), which is another reason why i find this forum very interesting. and last, but not least, thanks to the Skinny Bitch (its a book in case you're wondering), its kind of hard to imagine eating dead flesh again.
rock on, vegans!
looking forward to hearing from all of you!

Hey Mila...nice to have you around. Surely you'll feel even better in a couple weeks, then you can really refine your diet

Welcome ! :)
Out of my mind...Back in five minutes.

No human can call themselves liberal or radical or even a conservative advocate of fair play, if they contribute in any way to the pain and suffering of other beings.
