whats up, just signed up today, ive been browsing through this place, siiiiccckkkk, im happy

ive been vegan for about 3 years now, veggie for like 5, about a year ago i also started eating at least like 60% organic and ive just been filling out my body naturally, now im ready to get the blood flowing

Great to have you here. I'm a Canadian Citizen as well (although born here in the US). I'll be up in Canada in a couple weeks, but on the West Coast.

We have more and more members from Canada joining all the time, so hopefully you'll meet up with some people in your area.

Glad to hear you're vegan, mostly organic and pumping iron!

thanks for the welcome guys, im not pumping iron yet, just doing a steady regime of push ups and sit ups and biking

but with rob's meal plans, im gonna get the urge to pump iron effective immediately
