Hi, i'm Kev from Leeds in the UK, i generally go down the gym about once a week, mainly for fitness but a few weights as well.

I like eating vegan food, so going down the gym helps me from getting on the pounds, that and i like to walk/cycle as much as possible.

Good to come across this place.

Hey Kev,

Thanks for joining us. You'll enjoy the group here. We're pretty fun, have a lot of info to share and in general it's just a great group of people.

There are quite a few cyclists here as well. I'm more of a gym person than cylcling person but I'm learning to appreciate 2 wheels more and more all the the time :)

All the best and welcome aboard!

Welcome ! :)
Out of my mind...Back in five minutes.

No human can call themselves liberal or radical or even a conservative advocate of fair play, if they contribute in any way to the pain and suffering of other beings.
