I was directed to this site by Robert from his myspace profile, so now I'm here. It's nice to see some other Canadians on here... Robert, I didn't know that you had dual citizenship ~ tres cool!

I'm not particulary interested in bodybuilding, but I love the fitness/nutrition information and the forum topics made available here. What I like most especially is the wonderful support from the vegans and non-vegans alike.

Welcome aboard. It seems like bodybuilders are actually in the minority these days on the forum though. ;)

I can easily tell you though that this is the friendliest vegan community I've ever seen on the net.
