Hi,
I'm 23 and I've been a vegan for a little over 2 years. Just wanted to say i've been watching this forum for a few months and you guys and girls are a huge inspiration.
I come from a small redneck town and it's hard to stay positive around here when i am constantly being put down. But seeing you people kicking so much ass helps quite a bit ;). Anyway's i am into lifting, i'm a smaller build naturally(around 165-170 lbs) but im pretty strong for my size. i will elaborate more in other branches of the forum. hope to get to know some of you guys.

Welcome Gary!

Great to have you here. I know we have a number of people from Pennsylvania on the board. Hopefully you can meet up with some of them sometime.

Thanks for posting an intro, we look forward to hearing more from you.

All the best and welcome aboard!

Nevermind, you're on the other end of the state, I'm 3 hours north of Philly.

We keep meaning to make it out to Donegal on a Saturday night for the Maggie's Mercantile vegan buffet! Actually, our whole Pittsburgh vegan meetup group has talked about heading out there. So, when is your next free Saturday night Gary?
