Just wanted to say i've been watching this forum for a few months and you guys and girls are a huge inspiration.I come from a small redneck town and it's hard to stay positive around here when i am constantly being put down. But seeing you people kicking so much ass helps quite a bit . Anyway's i am into lifting, i'm a smaller build naturally(around 165-170 lbs) but im pretty strong for my size. i will elaborate more in other branches of the forum. hope to get to know some of you guys.
