I have decided to say hello and stop lurking. Love the site.
Its great to read about all the different recipes and programs
that people use. Very inspiring. I am absolutely amazed at
the responsiveness of my body at the gym now as opposed to
when i have been just vegetarian or (gasp) a meat eater. anyways.
howdy again. thanks for posting all the tips and inspirational shtuff.

Welcome to our group! Great to have you here. I love seeing communities grow and thrive and I appreciate you saying hello.

We do have a very cool group of people here and I hope you enjoy the forum. I've become very good friends with many forum members and have had the chance to meet a bunch of people while traveling. I hope you find some people in your area, or invite some of your friends to come join us too. If you do any traveling, check around the forum, because we have members nearly everywhere and it would be great to meet up with some of them.

All the best and welcome aboard!

Welcome ! :)
Out of my mind...Back in five minutes.

No human can call themselves liberal or radical or even a conservative advocate of fair play, if they contribute in any way to the pain and suffering of other beings.
