Hello everybody!

I am a vegan from germany. I´ve been vegan for 7 years and vegetarian for 10 years. I am doing bodybuilding/fitness but it doesn´t work so good, because of my work and sometimes i am a little bit lazy.
:( :( :(
I am also doing yoga but more focus on the mind then on the body.

Welcome, and hello from the US! I think about a third of my direct ancestors were German, so perhaps we are all related.
