Hello!

#1 Postby rico12 » Tue Dec 12, 2006 5:05 pm

I guess I'll post this now. Didn't get to post the other day.

I found out about this forum on other vegan forums. I decided to join, even though I'm not into bodybuilding. I would like to get in better shape though. I've been vegan since August of 2004.

That's really all I can think of saying right now.

Welcome! Like mentioned, it's not the bodybuilding, it's the ridiculously high level of acceptance and tolerance we have here. :-D

Hi Rico :)

Depends on the definition of BB really... i think, if you work out and watch your diet to shape up,you could be considered a bodybuilder :P

Enjoy the board! :D
No one said it would be easy.

Welcome. Yes, there is much more to find here than bodybuilding.
