Hi from Canada

#1 Postby RawSteve » Mon Feb 05, 2007 12:42 pm

Hi

My name is Steve.

I am eating a 100% raw diet. I switched from a high animal protein diet for building muscle and cutting to a plant based diet little over five months ago.

I am looking to build and shape a better stronger defined body through the use of raw foods and bodybuilding!!!

Just wanted to give a small intro before posting anywhere else...

Steve

Welcome Steve!

Thanks for finding us. We have quite a few raw vegan athletes here so I'm sure you'll enjoy this place. There are hundreds of like-minded vegan athletes on here who all seem to get along well and have a lot of fun.

I'm sure we can learn a lot from you as well. I'm not 100% raw, but I've been eating more and more raw these days like my friend Brendan Brazier who is 85-90% raw.

Thanks for the intro and welcome aboard!

How has the raw and body building been for you? I'm asking because we just recently went raw and my husband is looking to bulk up a bit... Thanks!
