i was vey brief wasnt i ???
well i live in london,a cockney girl!!!! i work in the nhs as a medical administrator, im a scorpio and im almost 25!!!! (wow this sounds more like a personals ad) i have put a few posts around about my acne issue!!!!
well its getting better actually, i use to run long distance and was once pretty bloody good at it!!!!! i won races ect, however i want to get back into it i have no real desire to run marathons or that, well not yet!!!!
but i would like to train as if i was, ie run lots!!!

i dont no were to start i have started a run 1 min walk 1 min routine for up to 30 mins, and i will build this up to 2,3 5 mins ect untill i can run for 30 mins then continue to run further and further any tips?
