ChaserHUN
Hi I'm a vegan from Hungary, I'm new to bodybuilding, I sometimes used to lift weights but they weren't too big, so now I'm going into it more, and I have to do a lot of other excercises beside bodybuilding because I have a + rib on my right side and the right side of my chest is upper than my left so I hope with training and body building I can get "better looking" sorry for my english, I forgot a lot of words, lol

ChaserHUN
Thanks Robert Wouldn't tought that you have friends from Hungary, the world isn't so big after all I saw the Vegan Fitness Built Naturally DVD, helped a lot, and when I saw that vegan shop, I like WOW, it's very hard here to get cool stuff, I can't buy here soy yoghurt, and ice cream and others , ohhh well I think I have to work hard in the garden in the summer this year

tuc
Welcome to the forum, fellow European! I think you should be able to order from vegan online stores located in Germany, that way you'll get anything you need for building big muscles. If there aren't any products you would like to buy in the stores, always remember to tell them. Sometimes they'll listen and order such products in the shelf for you to buy. I've also heard rumors that Robert is a great distributor of Vega around the world.
ChaserHUN
Thanks, well isn't a little expencise to get stuff from germany? like with the big payments in hungary :S and I don't think that a shop will bring stuff just for me, the big problem that Hungaryan people like to eat lots of meet, so it wouldn't be worth for the shops, I happy if I can get some vegan friendly shampoos and others, it's relly very hard to get good stuff here, most of people despise vegetarians, but I'm trying my best to get the healthyest and best stuff that I can

ChaserHUN
Thanks! How do I hate bodybuilders here in Hungary, they just all say I'm a fucking gay vegetarian, and did the UFO-s bring me? D'OH I've got a little illness, I have sour throat and I feel weak so I have to cut tout training on this week but wow I'm recovering faster than ever, a flu epidemic strated about 3 weeks ago aournd here, formerly I would be sick on the 2. day and I would probably in bed with about 38 centigrate fever, my immune system is much more powerfull now, GO VEGAN
