I've been following the great progress of the Team 200 crew and would like a similar thread for the taller people out there like myself where 200lbs isn't a realistic goal if we're aiming for muscle bulk and proportion. At my current weight of 196lbs (89kg) I look "normal" for my height of 6'4" (192cm), not skinny or fat or muscular - just sadly normal

So I think a great goal weight for me this year is 220lbs (99.8kg) i.e. adding roughly 22lbs (10kg) of lean muscle.

Any other tall guys out there who want to join me in a Tall Team 220?

Sure, why not? :D

It makes sense to have height-specific targets.

I'd like to see a tall group for guys wanting to be 165...although I won't be there for at least 3-4 years if ever.

Good work, Jakob! Now you just need to make that weight in the morning. :D I am sure you will make it there soon.

I'm at 235 and I'm 6'6'' (198cm). I want down to about 95kg (210 pounds).

Why is the short form of pounds lbs? I don't see the connection.
