10 bike, 2 sets of 5 upper body stations with 5 sets of abs and a couple of stretches in between, 10 treadmill
This work out is less of a cardio challenge then it was before, even with a bit more weight. My form is very good I think and I still get a good afterglow.

Almost skipped today. I couldn't finish my last 2 stations because of back pain.
