Precor L9 10 mins, mostly stepping, then hit the 4 upper body exercises and 3 ab exercises (2 sets each), followed by 5 mins rowing, then a final 10 mins on the Precor stepping at L9 form10 mins.

Precor L 9 5 stepping, 10 striding, 5 more stepping. 10 mins on the rower. 2 sets crunches on ball, 2 step to center ab sets.

Hit the workout hard changing the order every time, keeping HR up and continuously perspiring. 5 mins rowing.

3 mns warmup L1, 15 mins HR program, target 150. This had me working at L15-20 after a slow start at L1,2,3...

5 mins rowing
It looks like in my first month back I hit the gym 22 of 29 days
