I got my "gelatinous ass" to the gym today.

 

Incline Chest Press

16x40 15x40 14x40

Triceps Overhead

14x20 14x20 13x20

Barbell Chest Press

15x35 13x35 13x35

Triceps Dip

9 8 8

Chest Press Machine

14x50 18x50 15x50 18x50

Triceps Press (Rope)

11x55 14x50 13x50 15x50

Pec Deck

12x10 11x13 12x13

 

I didn't do cardio today and I supersetted weights because I was in a hurry. I did work in my yard today for 1.5 hours, so hopefully that takes the place of cardio!!!

 

Diet was pretty much on track

M1: Tofu Scramble

M2: Cantaloupe and crackers

M3: Protein Shake

M4: Bean Tacos on corn tortillas & guacamole

 

I didn't eat as much as I usually do. I guess it's because I didn't do cardio and just didn't have the appetite.
