Well, here I am...

 

Hello everybody, my name is Albert and I live in SF, CA.

 

The porpouse of this topic is to keep a log of what is going to be my progress.

 

I have been vegetarian for 10 years and vegan for the last year.

 

I am 5'7 tall, 165 pounds (more or less) and I have around 20% BF. Now, MY GOAL is this: 176,5 pounds, 5 to 10% BF, and I want to mantain my agility, since it is very important for me.

 

I will be posting pictures soon, and I will share my experiences along the way, so wish me luck and I'll see you all around!

Ok, so finally I went to the gym and found out that I AM VERY VERY RUSTY!

 

I took it easy since it was the first day afetr 6 weeks of complete procrastination.

 

This is what I did today:

 

DAY 1 [7-20-08]

 

today I weight 162 pounds (lost a lot!!)

 

3x

50 jumping jacks

10 Burpees

 

3x

20 Ball sit-up

12 each sie Oblique bridge rise

20 reverse curl

 

Lat pull down 12x130

Bent over lateral rise 10x10

1 min rest

Lat pull down 10x140

Bent over lateral rise 10x10

1 min rest

10 pull ups wide grip

Bent over lateral rise 10x10

 

30 minutes cardio elliptical. 170 bpm (80% maximum HR)

 

and thats it for today.

 

I feel really tired and pissed off cos I was in much better shape only a month and a half ago... I gotta catch up and improve.

DAY 3 [7-22-08]

 

Warm-up: 10 minutes rowing machine, maximum intensity.

 

Barbell Bench Press

15x25 (per side + Barbell)

10 Pushups on fingertips

1 min rest

10x35 (per side + Barbell)

8 Pushups on fingertips

1 min rest

6x40 (per side + Barbell)

7 Pushups on fingertips

1 min rest

 

Decline Barbell Bench Press

15x10 (per side + Barbell)

1 min rest

15x15 (per side + Barbell)

1 min rest

12x20 (per side + Barbell)

1 min rest

 

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

15x20 (per side)

15x25 (per side)

8x30 (per side)

 

Dumbbell Fly

15x15 (per side)

15x15 (per side)

 

8 (maximum I had) pushups on fingertips

 

Pullup Holding it for 20 seconds

 

 

DAY 4 [7-23-08]

 

Cardio

45 Minutes on the Elliptical, 170 BPM HR
